Set a Protein Consumption Goal

Get those calculators out!  A typical goal is .7-1
gram of protein per pound of your ideal body weight.
Once you calculate that, we're ready to track.

Create a Sleep + Stress Regimen

A couple of suggestions from our team:

  • Commit to 7-9 hrs of sleep a night
  • Commit to a daily meditation time- It's a great way to start your day!
  • Commit to no electronics 1-2 hours before sleep
